In a few words ...
A blend of 3 grape varieties on different terroirs to bring structure to this "glouglou" wine that begs to be revisited. Long, slow pressing, aged in vats for 1 year. The final blend, with proportions that leave room for the expression of each grape variety, is made at the last minute.
Fresh on the nose, lemony on the palate, a full, almost oily texture, with a lovely acidity that beckons for a second glass. We love it!
