This brut is produced using the traditional method with a pressure of less than 3 bars. Vouvray Pétillant is characterized by extremely fine bubbles and a more vinous character. Vouvray Pétillant is a blend of two vintages, guaranteeing consistent pleasure from one year to the next. Minimum 12 months storage on laths before disgorging.

Tasting notes
Appearance
Attractive light yellow color with green highlights. On pouring, the effervescence is discreetly overcast, followed by a few fine bubbles.
Aroma
On the nose, the wine has a "bread dough" aspect, these fermentative aromas being the expression of yeast action. This is followed by more or less pronounced notes of almonds, dried fruit and exotic fruit.

Taste
On the palate, the attack is lively and fresh. The bubbles are more discreet, and the lower carbon dioxide pressure gives the wine a more vinous character. Aromas of quince, citrus fruit and old-fashioned jam.
