Vouvray Pétillant is a blend of two vintages, guaranteeing consistent pleasure from one year to the next. 12 months minimum storage on laths before disgorging.

Tasting notes
Appearance
The Chenin grape here has a lovely light yellow color, tinged with green hues, and the effervescence is discreetly overcast on the pour, followed by a few fine bubbles.
Aroma
On the nose, the wine has a "bread dough" aspect, these fermentative aromas being the expression of yeast action. This is followed by more or less pronounced notes of almonds, dried fruit and exotic fruit.

Taste
On the palate, the attack is lively and fresh. The bubbles are more discreet, and the lower carbon dioxide pressure gives the wine a more vinous character. Aromas of quince, citrus fruit and old-fashioned jam.
