A very attractive Côtes-de-Provence that will delight all connoisseurs. For Moulin de la Roque, AOC Côtes de Provence represents an almost confidential part of its production. For this reason, in 2015, we chose to give it a name that would be both quirky and reminiscent of its origins. Its terroir lies mainly in the communes of Le Beausset and Evenos. Pink color with light ruby highlights. Fruity, aromatic nose with notes of red berries. Dresses to the nines to deliver a performance of unprecedented freshness underlined by strawberry aromas.

Excellent value for money. Excellent as an aperitif or with grilled meats, chilled of course. Its Provençal origin, a guarantee of quality, doesn't prevent it from being the perfect accompaniment to an Alsatian tarte flambée!
