In a few words ...
A deep crimson red, the nose offers a fusion of aromas of roasted black berries, caramel licorice and lightly waxed Mediterranean spices. The attack on the palate is smooth and racy. The freshness of structure on a volume of small, imperceptible tannins places the juice among the expectations you'd expect from a grand cru. Lingering aromatic notes take root in an environment of undergrowth and complex mineral subsoil. The precision of the attack/medium balance makes the perception of alcohol almost imperceptible. The finish is beautifully sweet, always in balance with the freshness and fine grain of the raw material. The aftertaste reminds the taste buds of extracts of great elegance, where the curve seems endless until the saliva invades us once more.

Châteauneuf-du-Pape
The appellation Châteauneuf-du-Pape is part of the region of Vallée du Rhône from France which include La ferme du Mont and its 18 cuvées. Spread over The Rhone Valley and its rich, complex terroirs. The region is divided into two distinct subregions: Northern Rhone (known as Rhône Septentrional) and Southern Rhone (Rhône Méridional). In the former we find strong wines in beautiful colours with warm, spicy notes, produced by vineyards that stretch 4,700 ha along the Rhone. The latter, with an area of 71,000 ha, is much more important, and this is evident of course in its annual production of red, rosé and white wines quite unlike those of the Northern Rhone., this region is 3 million hectolitres per year of red wines, rosés, dry and sparkling white wines, and natural sweet wine..
