In a few words ...

A veritable nugget, the Vinolithic cuvée germinated in secrecy, above and below the limestone terroir of the Saint Marcel d'Ardèche cave. Aged in barrels in this natural cellar, 80 meters below ground, a mineral, dark, cool, damp and constant temple, the cuvée evolves in optimal conditions, giving it finesse and freshness. SpéléŒnologue, Raphaël Pommier (Domaine Notre Dame de Cousignac) is the revelation of the region! From the renowned Maison Ogier, a producer renowned for its range of 80 distinctive wines, Vinolithic promises a pedigree of exceptional quality. A testament to Maison Ogier's expertise and commitment to creating exceptional wines, this wine offers an exceptional experience for both the novice and the seasoned oenophile. Vinolithic is a versatile wine that pairs wonderfully with a wide range of dishes, from hearty meat dishes to cheese platters. It's also an excellent choice for those looking to explore the quintessential Côtes-du-Rhône-Villages wines. So, whether you're hosting a dinner party or looking for the perfect wine to complete your collection, Maison Ogier's Vinolithic is a choice that won't disappoint.

Domaine Notre-Dame de Cousignac, named after the eponymous chapel on the grounds, has been in the Pommier family for seven generations since 1780. Vines have been cultivated here for centuries, and the vineyard is managed organically. In 2004, Raphaël and Rachel Pommier joined forces with Ogier, a wine merchant, to distribute their wines.
