This is the perfect rosé for my palate! Very complex, very vinous, it's really a wonderful discovery. It doesn't have to be drunk within the year, but 3 years of cellaring will broaden its palette. All in all, a great rosé.

A rosé that can age well for 2-5 years in the cellar, the greedy citrus notes give way to evolved, complex notes. A beautiful, atypical rosé that goes perfectly with a good cheese platter!

A special rosé that can be kept. Full-bodied, no acidity, good length. Enjoy chilled, but not too chilled. Goes well with meat.
