All natural! Organic and Biodynamic, no additions during vinification. Aged for 12 months in barrels of 1 to 2 wines. The Merlot gives this wine suppleness and expression of red fruit in its youth, while the Malbec prolongs its ageing potential and contributes its spicy components and red and black fruits.

A lovely wine! Very Cahors, with fruity and spicy flavours, but with that little extra minerality that gives it so much allure!
