    In a few words ...

An exceptional vintage! In 96 AD, Emperor Domitian had vines uprooted in favor of wheat. In the 3rd century, Emperor Probus had vines replanted in Quercy. In 1976, Jean, father of Jean-Luc Baldès, created this top-of-the-range Cahors appellation cuvée as a tribute to him.

Superb finesse, structure and aromatic complexity. A great Cahors with incredible ageing potential. If the 2002 is ready to drink, it can be kept for several more years.

A huge Cahors! Thanks to its 20 years, it offers a nose of jammy black fruit, dried rose petals, undergrowth and coffee. Despite its 20 years, this is a fresh, lively wine, with a silky, full-bodied body. Kilometre-long...

A ready-to-drink wine (2021) with a harmonious evolution. Tertiary aromas present but not dominant, quite light.

A magnificent wine, almost black in color, with a lovely nose and long finish. A real treat!

A wine at its peak! Rich, perfectly evolved aromas and a dense, silky texture! A must-try!

A rich, complex wine. The wine tasting to accompany marinated lamb was a success!
