In a few words ...
A pretty cuvée COUP DE COEUR DU GUIDE HACHETTE with sunny accents. The entire vineyard is grassed, for better control of vigor, and yields are deliberately limited to 40 hl/ha for maximum expression of typicity. The entire harvest is destemmed, then crushed before vatting. For this cuvée, fermentation takes place in temperature-controlled vats at between 25 and 28°C. The use of micro-oxygenation techniques ensures optimal color stabilization and finer tannins.
