DURAS is one of the oldest grape varieties to have been rehabilitated in the last 30 years. It gives color, suppleness and finesse to the wine, and is mainly characterized by aromas reminiscent of pepper or spices. BRAUCOL, also known as FER SERVADOU, produces a wine that is colorful, fleshy and rustic. Its highly distinctive aromas are reminiscent of blackcurrant, raspberry, crumpled leaf and bell pepper. SYRAH Of Mediterranean origin, this grape variety adapts well to well-exposed soils. Used sparingly, it gives Gaillac its structure and aromatic complexity.
