This Riesling is a feinherb (between demi-sec and moelleux), so it contains 28.4g/L residual sugar and is marked by a certain acidity to harmonize the wine. Harvested by hand, macerated for 10 hours, matured separately in barrels and fermented with wild yeasts from the vineyard.
