This Riesling is full-bodied and expressive on the nose, thanks to its natural winemaking techniques. It was macerated for 42 days and fermented spontaneously. After pressing, the wine was aged for 13 months in sulfur-free oak barrels, with stirring on the lees, then bottled unfiltered.
