In a few words ...
The Generations cuvée from the excellent 2022 vintage is a feinherb (19g/L residual sugar) whose grapes were hand-picked, followed by a 10-hour maceration before spontaneous fermentation with indigenous yeasts. The wine was then aged on fine lees for 4 to 5 months. The emphasis is on naturalness, precision and a taste profile typical of Moselle soils.

Appearance
A lovely, luminous lemon-yellow color with very slight green highlights.
Aroma
The nose is very fruity, with notes of vine peach, apple, pear and mirabelle plum, evolving towards citrus.
