"Il Puro" (The Pure) to highlight the indigenous Sangiovese of the Casanova vineyard. These are vines over 60 years old, located 450 meters above sea level, on the southern slopes of Volpaia between the famous Coltassala and Balifico vineyards. "Il Puro" shows us how the vinification of pure Sangiovese in Chianti Classico gives the truest, most authentic representation of the territory.
