Since the 17th century, the Caribbean islands have preserved the ancestral know-how of sugarcane cultivation, producing rums with a distinctive flavor that is second to none. Our Rhum des Caraïbes XO is made from a selection of the finest sugar cane in the agricultural tradition. After distillation and blending, it is aged slowly in oak foudres for a minimum of 6 years, finishing its maturation in our cellars in red cognac casks.
