François is an oenologist, a trainer, the first world sake champion, a professor in the most prestigious wine school in Paris and has signed these two formidable cuvées, rated 16/20 by critic Jancis Robinson. 

Champagne François Lavergne - Brut has great depth, with a delicate smell of hawthorn and yellow Williams pears. On the palate, an excellent length and a light and fresh structure. The finish is very refined with great intensity.

Champagne François Lavergne - Rosé has subtle aromas of small red fruits. It is refreshing : a real crowd-pleaser!
