François is an oenologist, a trainer, the first world sake champion and a professor at the most prestigious wine school in Paris, and has signed these two formidable cuvées, rated 16/20 by the critic Jancis Robinson.

Champagne François Lavergne - Brut has great depth, with a delicate aroma of hawthorn and Williams yellow pears. On the palate, excellent length and a light, fresh structure. The finish is highly refined and intense.

Champagne François Lavergne - Rosé has subtle aromas of red berries. Drink it without thirst !
