Dominique Piron has worked hard all his life to show that the Gamay grape is capable of the best. On characteristic granite terroirs, this grape variety proves to be powerful, complex and, above all, very far from the Beaujolais Nouveau. By producing parcels on the best climates, Piron has become one of the great names of contemporary Beaujolais. He thus perpetuates a family tradition of more than 4 centuries.
