The legendary Jo Pithon passed the wine estate to Ivan Massonnat, "passionate about wine" (La RVF) "to rival more than one wine lover" (Terre de Vins), who wants to go further in the approach initiated by Jo in converting vines already cultivated organically into biodynamics and investing in plant material and technical installations. Jo Pithon remains as a consultant to bring his experience to the team of Domaine Pithon-Paillé.
