Grapes from the old vines of the property. Aged in French oak barrels for 12 months. In its youth, fresh, crisp red and black fruit aromas with subtle toasty notes. Over time, the aromas evolve into truffle, animal and menthol notes. The 2013, 2014 and 2015 vintages are ready to drink but you can also cellar them for a few years. A fun opportunity to compare the 3 vintages!
