La Bastide Castel d’Aille, now in the hands of the Rosé family with a fittingly predestined name, is an estate dating back to the 18th century that produces typically Provençal wines.
It cultivates a 9-hectare vineyard in the Plaine des Maures, with its red soils and Mediterranean climate with continental influence, offering cool nights and warm days that give their wines all their character.
