"This wine benefits from a magnificent gravelly terroir which allows it to produce wines of real finesse" (La RVF)
The grapes come from the old vines of the property. The wines are aged in oak barrels for 12 months. In its youth: aromas of fresh and crunchy red and black fruits, with subtle toasted notes. With time: the aromas evolve towards truffle, animal and menthol notes. The 2013, 2014 and 2015 vintages are ready to drink, but you can also cellar them for a few years. A nice opportunity to compare the 3 vintages!
