A modern style emphasizing the softer characteristics of Pinotage. Bosstok refers to the bush vines that account for more than half the area planted with vines. They grow close to the ground and achieve low yields with concentrated, greedy grapes. Fermented in stainless steel tanks, 25% of the wine is aged in American barrels for 15 months (20% new).
