This classic young Cabernet Sauvignon from Stellenbosch has all the characteristics of Simonsberg. The bouquet is rich in black and red fruit notes, with blackcurrant standing out on the palate. Sparkling acidity and fine tannins complete the wine. The latter are the hallmark of all glass collection wines. After gentle maceration, fermentation takes place in steel tanks.
