In a few words ...
First Lady Chardonnay is 96% freshness and lightness, with 4% oak. It's all about apples and pears here. The Chardonnay berries are picked at the coolest time of day, and almost all fermented in stainless steel. The wine is left on the lees for 100 days to develop a beautiful texture on the palate. Then, icing on the cake, a small portion is fermented in oak barrels and blended to add a touch of wood spice.
