Carefully cultivated, harvested and vinified, the grapes for this Pinot Noir come from perfectly selected Monterey County parcels with terroir resembling that of Burgundy. Aged for 9 months in French oak barrels, this cuvée, while not totally Burgundian, is of excellent quality!

Aroma
Complex, dazzling aromas of plums, crushed raspberries, rose petals, lavender and tea leaves on the nose, finishing with vanilla, star anise and clove.

Silky-textured and rich on the palate, but with great elegance and liveliness. Well-integrated tannins with nuances of plum, red fruit, spice and toasted wood. Long, vibrant finish.
