In a few words ...
After a real winter with a few spring frosts, the wine-growing season was under scrutiny: flowering was not very productive, permanent humidity favored disease, and the summer was moderately hot. Fortunately, September was fine, allowing us to wait for the grapes to reach full maturity, with a late harvest.
Tasting notes
Appearance
Dense, dark garnet color, drawing on purple in its youth.
Aroma
The bouquet consists of black and red fruits, roasting, licorice and leather.

Taste
The Pauillacs are vigorous and tannic, which softens with age which allows the tannins to melt and give a nice and round structure.
