The winemaker

Guillaume Lejeune comes from a family rooted in the vineyards since at least the 17th century, and took over the Champagne business following the retirement of his father, Jean, a winegrower since 1977. Trained in Beaune and a first-time grower near Mercurey, Guillaume wanted to bring a piece of Burgundy to Champagne. Today, his cuvées are at the crossroads of these two worlds. The Burgundy operation was taken over by his younger brother Victor.
