Anthony Girard, a young winemaker achant and energetic launches its own productive one in 2012 after his trade to the family estate. A aché sancerroises its origins, it implants in Récy hamlet south of it Appella 8,5hectares and takes on great terroirs. The 2 proud of these are composed of '' caillottes '' (limestone Sancerre) bringing freshness and fruity wine and a flint ers for power and minerality. Anthony leads the field rigorous work in the vineyard in accordance with the soil and the environ- ment has n to harvest the grapes mature, bursting with fruit. Very precise in the cellar, the vini ca we conducted masterfully and can express sauvi- gnons of great purity that aroma and a remarkable balance. It also develops full red and sweet from non-stemmed grapes, taste away!
