Aroma
The nose is lively and aromatic. The first notes are acidulous, while on aeration, the nose opens up to aromas of dried fruits: almonds and dried apricots.
Taste
On the palate, the attack is complex and fresh, opening with yellow fruit aromas such as comice pear. The finish is long and iodized, ending with elegant bitters and vegetal notes.
