Assembly : 100% sauvignon. vinification : a 2-hectare plot - "les pierres plates" facing south. kimmeridgian clay-limestone soil. organic and biodynamic. all plots are under controlled natural grass cover. Vinification and ageing take place in stainless steel vats or barrels with regular temperature control. Ageing lasts 12 months. TASTING : A beautiful pale gold color. A nose of floral and fruity aromas: acacia, grapefruit and tangerine. A fresh, citrus-dominated palate with a mid-palate evolution towards aromas of exotic fruits and citron. A complex, concentrated finish.
