In a few words ...

Surprise your friends with this product, made in the same way as the Méthode Champenoise or Crémant. At Rochefort, we take our time to create 100% natural fine bubbles, with each bottle aged for 24 months during a second fermentation on laths (the vast majority of champagnes are aged for 12 months on laths)! A festive, quality product for parties, soirées and weddings, don't hesitate to contact us after you've tasted it, to benefit from a very advantageous price for quantities greater than 72 bottles. After a minimum of 12 months "sur lie" aging in our cellars, our Méthode is bottled, with the addition of yeast for the second fermentation, which creates a natural foam. Our Méthode is then aged on laths for around 24 months, a period that allows the creation of very fine bubbles, a guarantee of quality. Château de Rochefort's signature wines are found in this 2020 cuvée: finesse, elegance and great freshness.
