In a few words ...
G.F.DUNTZE does not blend wines from different terroirs to create its cuvées. Thus, the cuvées in the "LES LEGENDES" collection reveal the authenticity of the different Champenoises typicities. BRUT LEGENDE comes from the beginning of the VALLEE DE LA MARNE, on the right bank. The soils are predominantly clay, although the chalk is still quite present. Silt is also present. Exclusive use of the "Cuvée" first press (70% Pinot Meunier and 30% Chardonnay). Dosed with its own expedition liqueur at 6g/l.

Appearance
Bright straw gold, lively effervescence and extremely fine bubbles.
Aroma
Fresh, fruity and floral (elderflower) with lightly fruity (white peach) and bakery (bread) notes. Beautiful complexity.

Taste
Well-balanced on the palate, between liveliness and natural sweetness, it's also full-bodied, generous and supple, with a very fleshy side. Notes of caramel and sweet almonds.
