Cuvée Ampeleia blends the oldest vines of Cabernet Franc (the majority in the blend) and Sangiovese, complemented by four other indigenous grape varieties. Now aged exclusively in cement vats, this is a deep, mellow wine capable of ageing harmoniously. It is a blend of grapes from vineyards situated between 200 and 600 m above sea level.
