This blend of Shiraz and Viognier is reminiscent of Côte-Rôtie. It's a beautifully perfumed, well-structured wine, aged for 30 months in French oak barrels on fine lees. It's a charming wine that will need a few years in the cellar to show its full potential and reward those with patience.

The wine is very expressive from the outset, with intense, lifted aromas of plum, cherry and dark chocolate, highlighted by spices.
