This sparkling Shiraz is gourmet, complex and made from premium vintages. After a first fermentation, it was aged in oak barrels and underwent a second fermentation on lees in bottles before being disgorged in 2020. This rare, iconic wine is stunning, festive and timeless. We recommend tasting it over the next 5 years.

Dark purple color with purple highlights and excellent, lively effervescence.
Aroma
Loaded with notes of chocolate and black cherry, this is a superb Shiraz nose evolving towards raisins and plums. Very spicy and smoky.
