Pewsey Vale The Contours is a wine made from the oldest Riesling vines and the coolest site on the Pewsey Vale estate. As most of the country's Rieslings are enjoyed young and fresh, before reaching their peak, this cuvée is aged for 5 years in bottle before being released, to enhance its characteristics and develop its complexity.

Straw yellow with green highlights.
Aroma
Intense lemon aromas with a touch of white flowers. Notes of toast, clove and lemongrass begin to emerge.

Taste
Shows great length and depth with concentrated power, fresh lime juice overlaid with toasted brioche, sage and lime marmalade. Finishes with gentle acidity.
