100% Pinot Meunier de Méthode Traditionnelle. In 2008, bottles of Blanc de Noirs were discovered in the estate's cellar. This inspired the continuation of production in honor of Dr. Carrodus, with a nod to the style of champagne houses Krug & Bollinger. The wine spends 12 months in oak barrels, then, after its 2nd fermentation, rests 48 months in bottle before disgorging.
