In 1971, parcels of Chardonnay, on which Beaujolais Blancs were produced, were "requisitioned" to enter the new Saint-Véran appellation. "requisitioned" to join the new Saint-Véran appellation. Beaujolais Blanc thus a real "rare pearl", representing 1% of the vineyard's production. It is grown in two distinct distinct zones. The first, to the south, offers rather rustic crus, while the other, to the north to the north, on the edge of the Macônais appellations, favors finesse, as do our selections.
