Domaine pierre boisson (boisson vadot) - white burgundy 2018boisson-vadot / anne & pierre boisson is a group of burgundy estates based in meursault, burgundy. The wines are made in collaboration in the cellar of the boisson family, leaders among meursault winemakers for over two centuries. The 10-hectare estate was run by bernard boisson-vadot until 2016, and his son and daughter, pierre and anne boisson, have taken over since the 2017 vintage. Some wines are bottled under the boisson-vadot label, while certain parcels of the domaine are attributed to pierre boisson and anne boisson, and the wines bear their names.pierre boisson's 2018 white burgundy is made entirely from chardonnay grapes averaging 35 years of age from four parcels;meursault; « les belles côtes », « les vaux », « les gelerands » and « les coutures ». The grapes are pressed, followed by 12 hours of static racking. Alcoholic and malolactic fermentation take place entirely in oak barrels. The wine is aged for 18 months in barrels, 10% of which are new, with 4 batches during racking. The wine is bottled by gravity.cépage : 100% chardonnay
