Bourgogne Chardonnay Secret de Famille is made from plot-selected grapes grown in the Burgundy appellation in the Côte d'Or department only, on the outskirts of the great villages known for their white wines (St Aubin, Meursault, Puligny Montrachet, some in the Hautes Côtes, etc.). This wine is made like a grand cru or premier cru from the Côte de Beaune blanc, of course with small yields and appropriate ageing. Above all, we'll be able to show that "simple" Burgundy appellations can make a great wine.
