In a few words ...
Having made its first appearance in 2006, the Cuvée Plenitude was aged in oak barrels for 12 months in a cellar nearly 4 centuries old, in silence and half-light, allowing this wine to slowly develop its aromas and enhance its richness. With yields halved compared to the traditional cuvée, this wine is ripe and greedy on the palate. The 2018 vintage, which can be described as warm, will bring great finesse and aromatic complexity.

I was already familiar with the 2017 vintage. I'm still not disappointed by this wine with its notes of toast. Goes perfectly with many fish dishes, aperitifs or even foie gras for me.
