Domaine henri et gilles buisson - burgundy 2019the domaine henri et gilles buisson is located in the village of saint-romain, côte d’or, in burgundy. The domaine has been in the family since the 12th century, and from 1947 onwards, the estate took a new turn with henri and marguerite buisson deciding to bottle their wine and put their name on the label rather than sell it in bulk. From the 1970s onwards, henri buisson worked in agrobiology. Their son, gilles, and his wife, monica, took over with a tourist approach and the opening of a first gîte in the 1980s. In the meantime, the vineyard expanded to include prestigious appellations such as grand cru de corton charlemagne, pommard, volnay 1er cru and beaune. Today, the 19 hectares of vines are tended by franck and frédéric buisson, the sons of gilles and monica, and have been fully certified organic since 2009.cépage : 100% pinot noir
