The blend from which this wine is made comes mainly from Château de Selle and Clos Mireille. Its selection aims to bring finesse and complexity to the fruit and freshness characteristic of their superb terroirs. Produced in the new Château de Selle cellar, BY.OTT is a new wine. It benefits fully from Domaines Ott's expertise in viticulture and winemaking. The 2016 scores have not yet been released, but over 2015 this cuvée received 87/100 from Wine Spectator.

Appearance
A crystalline pale pink color with orange highlights.
Aroma
Fine, fruity nose with notes of white peach and apricot, mixed with passion fruit and mango.

Fresh, crisp and full-bodied on the palate, with a fruity character enhanced by citrus zest and sweet spices (cinnamon, cardamom). The great tradition of Domaines Ott rosés at the service of a jovial, elegant wine.
