The intense, luminous color is straw-yellow with copper highlights. The fine, persistent mousse forms a lovely creamy cordon. The nose is open. Its initial expression takes us towards floral aromas (honeysuckle, acacia) and notes of dried flowers. With aeration, the aromatic palette reveals fruitier fragrances such as white peach and mirabelle plum. As the wine warms slightly, notes of hazelnut and praline appear. On the palate, the attack is fresh and straightforward, then the wine's body reveals all its roundness, structure and smoothness, in total harmony with the aromatic complexity of the nose. Fresh fruit is present in the form of apricot, pineapple and vine peach. The long, fierce finish heralds a bright future for this elegant, racy wine.
