In a few words ...
The grapes are harvested by hand. Once pressed, the grape juice is fermented in French oak barrels, 30 percent of which are new. The wine then matures in this noble wood until the following summer. After several months of ageing, the wine improves and asserts its personality. The vine, and more particularly the Chardonnay, is at the heart of our wines. The wine is complex, fat and balanced by a subtle minerality. It reaches its fullness only after 4 or 5 years of maturity. It then opens with fine, complex aromas of flowers, dried fruit and honey.

Beaucoup de puissance, le côté beurré prédomine mais s'équilibre grâce à la fraicheur des notes d'agrumes.
Taste
The wine is complex, with notes of flowers, citrus and honey all blending together. The structure is fleshy, but the minerality supports and balances the whole. The wine's persistence concludes a remarkable bottle.
