In a few words ...
The vineyards were planted in two parcels, the first in 2009 and the second in 2012. Both plots are located at an altitude of 900 m, in the village of Aoura, on the Mediterranean coast. Yields are strictly controlled so as not to exceed 8 bunches per vine. Château Aurora practices non-irrigation and ecological viticulture: fertilizers and pest control practices are environmentally friendly/biological and cause no damage to the environment.
Tasting notes
Aroma
This wine has a fresh nose dominated by red fruits (raspberry and red cherry) and hints of cloves.
Taste
Moderate tannins and acidity, with a long finish. A touch of oak, without excess, with hints of vanilla.
