In a few words ...
Since 1618, the Château has been owned by the De Collongue family, where the "earth beneath the garden" allows the vines to flourish, rooted in this Luberon terroir bathed in southern sunshine. The grapes, of the highest quality, are now produced organically, in keeping with traditional winemaking methods.

Appearance
Dark color with purplish highlights.
Aroma
The wine opens with scents of garrigue and spices, then, with aeration, notes of black fruit come to the fore. Blackberry, blackcurrant and plum mingle with fresh, almost mentholated notes. The whole is both charming and elegant.

The appellation Luberon is part of the region of Vallée du Rhône from France which include Cave Louérion Terres d'Alliance and its 28 cuvées. Spread over The Rhone Valley and its rich, complex terroirs. The region is divided into two distinct subregions: Northern Rhone (known as Rhône Septentrional) and Southern Rhone (Rhône Méridional). In the former we find strong wines in beautiful colours with warm, spicy notes, produced by vineyards that stretch 4,700 ha along the Rhone. The latter, with an area of 71,000 ha, is much more important, and this is evident of course in its annual production of red, rosé and white wines quite unlike those of the Northern Rhone., this region is 3 million hectolitres per year of red wines, rosés, dry and sparkling white wines, and natural sweet wine..
