In all three colors, Château de Beaupré produces a fine, classic cuvée at a very affordable price. For the white, the grapes are pressed directly on arrival at the winery, without destemming. After cold settling, the juice is racked and fermented at regulated temperatures (15° to 18°), to preserve its aromas. For the same reason, bottling takes place early in the season... this 2019 white combines roundness and freshness, with notes of citrus and white flowers. A full-bodied mealtime wine, to be enjoyed as an aperitif, with fish or Provencal cuisine... Also very pleasant with goat's cheese or a citrus dessert. vines grown on east-west facing semi-slopes 350m above sea level clairette, bourboulenc and grenache blanc make up 25% of a blend dominated by rolle and sauvignon. Clay-limestone soils. Aged in vats.
